💳 Refund & Return Policy (MamaNoury®)

At MamaNoury®, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every purchase is protected with our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy and 1-Year Limited Warranty.


30-Day Hassle-Free Returns (Non-Defect Items)

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defect items.

  • If a return label is provided by MamaNoury®, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund once the item is received and inspected.

  • Items must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Returns must be initiated by emailing support@mamanoury.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Refunds for non-defect returns are issued after inspection and only if the item is confirmed to be in original, working condition.


Defective or Malfunctioning Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected, MamaNoury® will cover all return shipping costs. You may choose either:

  • A replacement product at no cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

All defective item returns are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.


Exchanges & Replacements

  • Replacements for defective or damaged items are shipped at no additional cost

  • Exchanges for different items are available, subject to stock availability


Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible returns are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

  • Refund amounts may vary depending on return shipping deductions, if applicable

We proudly stand behind the quality of every MamaNoury® Portable Baby Bottle Warmer. Your product includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering:

  • Internal defects

  • Manufacturing issues

  • Battery or electrical malfunctions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Water damage beyond intended use

To submit a warranty claim, email support@mamanoury.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if available.
